We are a leading swimming pool builder seeking an experienced outside sales representative to help us grow and become the largest pool builder in the nation. With multiple locations across the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, and Mississippi, we are expanding into the Southwest Florida market and need a motivated professional to drive major growth.
Job Overview: This commission-based position offers significant earning potential, with most leads provided by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting design consultations, presenting pool designs, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful experience in fast-paced, top-level sales
- 1+ year of experience in the swimming pool industry (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test and have a clean background report
- Pool Studio experience is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct design consultations, explaining the benefits and features of pool ownership to customers
- Design and recommend custom backyard pools using professional pool design software
- Follow up on all leads and schedule follow-up appointments
- Conduct design presentations, providing information about the company, differentiation, and the pool building process
- Prepare completed contract packets for business manager approval
- Attend Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to guide customers and construction managers through job phases
- Build referral relationships and exceed customer expectations
